Cash, Checks, HSA Accounts, Mastercard and Visa are accepted methods of payment. *Please note a 5% processing fee will be added to any Debit or Credit Card transaction.

First 5 minutes free. $25.00 per 15 minute portion thereafter.
*Effective January 2020 Bella Rosa will no longer be contracted in network with any insurance companies and therefore will not bill your insurance for any services provided. If you have out-of-network benefits included in your insurance plan you will be able to file a Super Bill for services received directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you have this type of benefit coverage your counseling may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan. Super Bills are provided at the end of the month for ongoing clients.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
To cancel a session please leave a voice message for your provider at their direct number at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a Late Cancellation rate of $75 Not showing for a scheduled appointment, will result in a full session charge. Email or text are NOT sufficient means of canceling your appointment and will be subject to full charge for a missed appointment.
Our Clinic Policy
Our providers DO NOT…
1. work with court related or court ordered counseling or treatment.
2. participate in custody issues including writing reports of families.
3. fill out disability paperwork unless the client has been seen by our providers consistently for a minimum of 3 months.
4. complete documentation necessary for emotional support or service animals.
In addition, a billable appointment needs to be made to complete the disability forms in person between the provider and the client.
